AU hits into a 5-4 FC, runners on the corners, 1 out. Great hustle by the AU catcher to prevent the double play. Was a sharply hit ball to third but he beat the thrown by the 2B by a half a step. Good to see that up 6 runs. A lot of guys would have loafed that.

Blake Logan leading like a catcher should.

Under the previous regime an Auburn runner would not have beaten that out.

What a win! Okla. St. has lost 3 other games but they were to PAC 12 opponents, Arizona State and Oregon State, two good ball clubs. Hope this team is as good as was advertised because if so this is a huge huge win.

Looked like a totally different team from last year. Pitching is still a question but hitting ....so far...looks solid and players are aggressive with the bat...hitting to opposite field and some gappers and dingers too.
