Hope someone is making a video collection of Howell's defensive plays....that's just his latest great effort to save a few runs.   Freshman.....hoping he's with us a while.

Mikey must be going nuts over baseball this year...more bunts already than I've seen from CBT in the entire time he's been at AU.  Someone has convinced him and Gabe that they have to play some small ball this season.  Williams just did a sac to move two runners in scoring position...

Now need a base hit to get us back up in this game... UT up 3-2

What a freaking weekend for Auburn sports. Sweep in baseball, sweep in softball, and a freaking SEC TOURNAMENT WIN in Basketball!!! This weekend couldn't have went any better. War Eagle!

I think Vitello may have outsmarted himself in the ninth.  The two out double from Charleston was huge with the two big bombers coming up behind him.  Of course Gray was going to try and get Lupcius to chase with first base open and finally walked him.  But with two outs and the league leader in HR's at the plate, Charleston and Lupcius moved up 90' and allowed Auburn to intentionally walk Soulaire who had already hit a no-doubt bomb just one inning earlier.  Kyle Gray then absolutely sawed off Rucker to get a weak ground ball for the final out of the inning.  We looked pretty dadgum good this weekend, 3-0 against anybody in this league is freaking awesome.

Excellent sweep for our baseball team. The recruiting prowess of Butch and his staff are starting to show up. And we are playing smart ball. Can’t wait for this season in the SEC!

If Schultz can find the strike zone more consistently, he is going to be incredibly wealthy one day.  That was such a free and easy 100....

He was close enough to the zone that some MLB team will take him soon and teach him the rest.   Understand half the crowd today was there with Jugs guns checking his speed.
