Have no grind.  Anyone can have an agenda I agree.  Most time power struggles are over agendas.  Both always think theirs is more noble.  RR didn't follow his own posting guidelines on naming a source so he removed it appears.  We all speak too quick sometimes.  You grind harder than most here!

For all the good that is perceived in this power struggle and however it comes out Auburn is more important.  Hard to watch people pull Auburn apart over a football coach.  Strange the very groups that wanted Gus gone got what they wanted.  Now those two groups are fighting public and private. That is where we are.

But fighting from 2 different sides. One is fighting for power and influence over a program they have no business influencing. The other side is fighting for the program to get better. One side's interests are in Auburn's football program (and all athletics) being better. The other side couldnt care less as long as they get access and get to call the shots.

People wanted him gone so AU could hire an elite staff to come in and change the culture and consistently compete at a higher level. We don't want a 3rd straight good ole boy club hire.

Both sides want what is best for Auburn.  Both sides want Auburn to get better.  Any big donation gets access.  To characterise one side as getting to call the shots means one side has to have a majority. But they don't care less.
