Apparently, the accusation stems from the Zieglers first making a plan for three way sex with this 3rd woman. The wife cancels, but the husband, Florida GOP chairman Christian Ziegler goes to the woman's house alone where the woman claims he then raped her. He says they had consensual sex. 

The Florida GOP apparently isn't happy that one of their leaders and a MAGA power couple are involved in something like this.
