I couldn't imagine living in the eastern time zone and having games start at 9:00 local time! Don't they know people actually do have to get up early for work in the morning? Coaches don’t know the rule either. Many don’t know a lot of other rules either. I am a proponent of the three second rule being posted in every high school gym in the country.
