DS Odds/Lines are very funny

First let me say that I am not a betting guy. I know bumpkiss about it. I was searching the DS Site and saw this.

On his site, he is the "DS Open" column. The other lines are just that, other sites/organizations betting lines, right?

The "DS Open" is the Over/under and the spread listed with the favorite?

Well he suddnely has us as a 18 pt favorite as I write this. Does somebody know more about DS? Is he tryng to tell us we will win by a bigger margin or is this an attempt to make the bets more even? I ask because the other sites have actually closed down to only 14 when they were 15-15.5.

Anyone know?
