Magnolia Hall...1960 Concrete block walls, twin metal beds (mattress but no box springs), two small metal desks, two metal chairs and 2 closets each 2 1/2 feet wide....and no appliances allowed other than clock and radio. Saying the times have changes is a huge understatement.

PS: I forgot the communal showers and toilets shared with about 40 other guys.

A very nice addition to Auburn University. Now most of the players live right where they practice in an excellent environment. The more distractions that are removed, the better they will be able to concentrate on the task at hand.

What is the rent?

2 bedroom is $4,800/Semester, 4 bedroom is $4,300/Semester, although all 4 Bedroom configurations were given to student athletes (that I know of at least). Source

This is very nice for Auburn athletes and students. But, check out the new athletic facilities at Oregon. The Nike guy broke the bank. Best recruiting tool on the west coast in my opinion.
