In all honesty, don't you guys think its sensationalizing the issue a bit to claim we're moving towards a dictatorship? The Patriot Act under George W. had features that were comparatively much more characteristic of authoritarian regimes than this (and that wasn't close to an authoritarian state either).

In all honesty, don't you think that it's ignoring the issue when you bring up things like the patriot act? Yes, it's bad ,but then so is what we're faced with now. Just because something was bad before doesn't mean we get to excuse what's happening now.
