For @augolf1716

Got to have dinner last month as a guest at Hazeltine and was shown around a bit.  Hoping to play there this summer.

That sounds good. Love salsa verde but *furtivelylooksovershoulder* my wife likes to make it with mango and it's always too damn sweet.

Definitely want treat this particular one as more of a garnish and not something you’d want to dip a chip into.

Back at the horse farm in Georgetown, KY for my wife's second vaccine shot. Really a fantastic place.  Looks like an equestrian event going on today.  Also something going on in the Arena.  Very nice, state of the art arena to watch rodeos etc. Definitely will be spending time over here in the future.  Even have Mounty Police.

I've traveled all over this country.  This is the most beautiful place I've seen in America.

Driving that coast is crazy. Constant curves, and every single one reveals a new and more beautiful painting. So much good food, beer and wine, too.

Woke up this morning to about 1.5-2 inches of snow.  Made for a gorgeous drive to work this morning with all of the added spring colors to the snowy tops.  Normally the vegetation is bare when it snows.

Amazing weekend in Denver.  Two Rockies wins (including a walk off homer) for my first Rocks home games in two decades followed by Austin FC's first ever win.  About 200 of us went up from Austin for the game. I have zero voice left.

And if you're a soccer fan, you're gonna want to get to Austin for a game.  Trust me here.  Closest thing I've ever experienced to college football.

Must've been amazing to be in any stadium, even for a baseball game or a cute little stadium like Colorado's.

United only had 20k in attendance for the home opener Saturday night. Heard it was still a super emotional, fantastic atmosphere. They plan to have the "full*" 50k+ in attendance on 5/15. We're taking the kids. It'll be McBaby's first match. (He's 2.) It'll be McLittle's 5th or 6th but she hasn't been since we moved to the coast. (She's 6.) I can't freaking wait. I'll share pics.

I do want to get to Austin, though. I can imagine it being like Portland where it's not cool because of sheer scale or spectacle but because of the authentic local culture. Same reason I already wanted to go to Austin when there wasn't a soccer team.

And you're being kind but I won't. Soccer crowds, like NFL and any hockey crowd, are way more fun than CFB crowds.

*"Full" is 50k+. Full, which they only do a few times a season, is 70k+.
