I think that was literally one person.

By the way, Cain was Gus's #1 guy for most of the cycle.

I just started looking at recruiting recently ( this year). This was my favorite RB that we were in on. I liked all the four I looked at but the top was DJ. Still need one more but I feel good we got this one. I wouldn’t have been surprised if we missed them all as negative as this board has been lately.

My hs announcer did exactly the same. I think defense could listen to him and know about fakes and misdirection before they read it on the field.

Oh I agree. I like him. Maybe not my top choice at RB amd it definitely helps he'll be an early enrollee.

OK I have been hesitant to post this because I wanted to make sure we would get him. There was a discussion a few weeks ago by people that cover recruiting nationally as well as different teams. The quote on Williams was that he was one of the top 3 backs in the country this year. This was coming from a national guy and someone who covers bama.  Obviously this is all known now but if Alabama had missed on Sanders, they were going to make Williams a priority. Obviously Uga wanted him very badly. 

This was a big deal.

There  was a Bama guy on the sports station here in Mobile last week, saying very good thing about Williams. He was hoping that Williams would consider Bama

I had my bro’s credentials on the Bama’s rivals forum and many ( not most) wanted Williams over Sanders when they thought Sanders was going to Georgia. They said Sanders had already peaked blah blah. Their tone has changed. I do believe we got a steal though.
