AU explaining why they should be an 11 seed. Waiting to see why my Tigers should be seeded any higher.

11? Maybe a 2 seed in the NIT. This isn’t a tournament team.

We played pretty solid defense for the most part. They just hit some insanely lucky shots over and over.

Yeah, it was centered around McLemore going down, but the team looks worn down and lackadaisical. Just wonder if it’s something in the way Bruce is doing things.

We aren't great because we lack a 2nd ball handler (transfer) , have no size and nobody who plays tough enough on the glass, our only center has barely played, and nobody who's a threat to take it to the rack and finish.

So we are a good team but not great.

The reason we look so sluggish right now in particular is that Kermit knows the blueprint to beat us and our only ball handler is sapped of all energy because he's playing so many minutes and has a bum ankle on top of that. We aren't fading, we barely lost to LSU who is VERY good. They just beat Kentucky at Rupp.

Apologies for tone earlier didn't mean it maliciously

One of those nights. Not a good sign. We defended that well and got 2 dudes who contested that.

They were late and the dude just sat at the corner again knowing he’d have the shot. Somethings got to give on it

Maybe a couple were “lucky” but they hit enough open shots. Frankly. They could be up by 20 but shooting marginally better than AU while out playing them on the defensive end. AU rebounding OK, but 7 turnovers to 4 assists is the reason this looks so bad.

I find it a little odd that that is happened to us a lot this year. There are teams hitting some unbelievable shots against us over and over.

Harper is having the worst game of his career.

No way that's sustainable unless the basketball lords have predetermined this one

Surely it can’t last the entire game.

It could go like the kentucky game. Everytime we get within 1 possession they hit a clutch shot to extend it to a 2 possession game and that repeats itself over and over again.

If they would move the ball around more and get Ole Miss moving they would get the same kind of shots and hopefully make a few.

Knock on food fam. If they are allowed to continually  hug our guards like that it will not matter how much they miss because we will not be able to score enough.

Well. We smoked LSU and then went cold in the second half.  Probably going to happen to Ole Miss too.  And AU will pull away.  No way they keep up their %.  And we will improve.

They are shooting 33%, so yes, they won’t keep that up as it will likely rise.

It was like that the first time we played Ole Miss too until we just rolled over late in the game.

We have to play smarter on both sides. They are getting too lax on defense late in the shot clock giving up the three at the buzzer. On offense you have to do better finishing at the rim. No excuse to miss some of those layups. And with a chance to tie the game or cut it to one, you cannot just turn the stupid ball over.

That game hurts so bad now seeing how they scored TWENTY FOUR POINTS for a whole game the other day.

Bingo. All they have to do is play the three-point line like they are playing it and we are toast. They had seven threes that period And we had two.

Ole Miss is playing the perfect defense against us. They did it the first game and they are doing at this game.

You're right about that. This 2nd half would be a great time for Chuma to flash that NBA potential

I know that it's worse but we actually have 8 turnovers. And 8 made FGs
