I have a feeling that Auburn University is inviting these 5 cats to interview and Yella Fella is flying around finding his own guy. Defensive minded coach but these clemson teams have expected excellence every year and have recruited well. He would be the CEO style coach we need. How was LSU so good last year? Everything just came together. That offense was explosive but Ed Orgeron isnt an offensive minded coach. Hiring Steele over Brent Venables, Tony Elliot and Sark would cause a fan revolt. Auburn has the same tradition that Bama and LSU have. He has had many opportunities, guys who want to be HC, really want it, would've been gone by now. There is nothing wrong with that, I'd take him as DC any day.
