The humidity seems to have dropped in the afternoons and we were able to sit outside in the shade and not be sweating profusely.

Caught a little bit of refreshing breeze the last two days instead of the warm effluviation blowing in my face from the last two months.

 I think the summer is beginning to turn.

Overcast skies in Auburn made for a very nice afternoon yesterday and great fishing. This morning is a crisp 72 degrees and feels like football. Noticed the Marriott at Grand National is blocked with sororities getting ready for rush and enjoying themselves. All are smiling and a wonderful sight.

Time to head to campus for a walk and hear the band practice.

Storm front just passed through here in west central Ga. Temp is currently 71 and very little humidity. Gonna enjoy it on the porch while it lasts. 😉

A weather system came through Bham today and brought us some much needed rain.    I'm on the back porch r/n about to deep fry some prawns and while the nip isn't here yet, it is definitely way better than the last 2 weeks and the air has a slight hint of fall to it.    How awesome would it be if we had a cold front move in right before game 1 and game time temp was 60?
