Wow where is this?

Sadly, one of the cooler spots in Texas at the moment (SE Texas, to be a bit more specific)...hopefully that rain comes to pass, because I am scared to look at my water bill this month.

If you don't mind, do you have a spare bedroom?    My wife and I don't require much space.   We will shower in a sink, stream or pond.   I'm a really good cook, yard man and mechanic.   Just send us your address please. Pretty please.

Any time.  We are headed in to the best time to be here with fall coming.

Beautiful in East Alabama yesterday. Even able to take a mid afternoon walk. Made it downtown and the place is abuzz. Definite feel in the air that has been absent for a few years.

Long sleeve comfortable and wonderful 65 degrees this morning.

It's been absolutely brutal. Like the middle of a frying pan.

4th straight day above 90 deg F up here in PNW.  Forecast is expected to cool off going forward & back to normal (highs of mid-70s.)  For the record, we've had 7 total days this year where the temps exceeded 90:  2 in May, 1 in July & 4 in August.

In the ATL this week has seen a couple of days with sub 65° morning lows, and 85° and 86° degree highs.

After a week of mid 90s with heat indexes in the 105-110 range, this was definitely a nip.

Temperature never changes here in Indonesia  85-90 degrees for 365 days a year.

I was lucky this week - had to take a quick work trip to Dallas and got there during the cold front, so it was only 96 degrees or so.

Nip getting close in Auburn. Downtown busy with sleepy looking students yesterday morning. Foosackles drive through was  backed up at lunch and happy to be here students working them. One the sororities all smiles late yesterday afternoon on the lawn behind Marriott Grand National. Cooking Reese’s s’mores for anyone and everyone.
