I'd de-activate her campus credentials to give her time to devote herself to her causes.  She is likely already on the Homeland Security's no fly list.

Remember UC Davis is the state and the state can’t fire you for exercising protected speech, no matter how reprehensible.

She isn't being sent to prison or charged with a crime.  Most state contracts have a moral turpitude clause in them or an even broader clause prohibiting an employee from acting in a way that brings public ridicule upon the university.

If she wants to challenge a dismissal, she can.  Even if she wins in California, her career will be limited.

Her career in reputable pedagogy is probably done no matter how you slice it.

The funny thing about Sydney Powell is that the excuse I directly saw most Republicans and Conservatives on social media say as the reason they believed her claims about voter fraud and 'releasing the kraken' was that she was a professional lawyer and they didn't see any reason why she would make up any of it or tell falsehoods because it could come back and hurt her career. "Why would Sydney make all this up? A lawyer wouldn't put her license and reputation at steak unless she really had good evidence of her claims!" 

That's it. They believed she was telling the truth because they didn't believe she had anything to gain from lying. (aside apparently from becoming a MAGA/Qanon superstar for awhile)

 

I doubt her downfall will mean anything to her past/current supporters and believers because that group of people usually aren't very good at self reflection or 'lesson learning', but one can hope.
