You could but statistically 1 game once all 12 have been played wouldn't make that much of a difference. Let's say they averaged 350 yards a game for 11 games and 500 against our D, their new average would be 362. They is also a 335 yard difference between 8 and 9, therefore UT would have had to obtain 335 more yards above what they got not playing us during that 1 game, again unlikely.
