This season has had a surreal edge to it. The comebacks, the controversy, possibly the best season by a college football player ever. 65 points in an SEC home game. Down 24 in Tuscaloosa and we win. Blowing out USC in te SECCG.

We are seasoned. We are ready. Bring forth the Ducks.

I texted almost that very thing to a friend of mine after the game...this time, we're not getting left behind wondering what if. This team gets their swing at the MNC.

Chizik hit the nail on the head after the game...this team has a lot of leadership and a lot of love for each other. Combine that with the force that is Cam Newton and you get a dream season that has taught a lot of people how to deal with adversity and controversy.

War Damn Eagle.

War Damn Eagle, all! The team did it through everything this season through at them, we stand atop the SEC--13-0! We're off to Glendale!

Interesting historical coincidence that the two teams that had the worst "left out of the NC Game" gripes in BCS history get their chances at redemption... against each other.

It's late and I don't remember, when did Oregon get screwed?

2001 - passed over for a Nebraska team that lost the Big 12 North to Colorado.

A Colorado team who we then demolished in the Fiesta. <_<

Oh well. In the past now. Looking forward to what I think is going to be an epic game. It's still only just sinking in now that my Ducks are heading to "the natty" (as Oregon CB and Return specialist Cliff Harris called it)
