A man walks down the street and comes upon the Civic Center where the DNC Convention is taking place and notices a man selling puppies on the street. His sign reads "Democrat Puppies for sale."

Two weeks later he is walking down the same street and the Republican Convention is taking place. He notices the same man selling the puppies only his sign now reads, "Republican puppies for sale."

He approaches the man and says, "Just last week you were selling Democrat puppies because the DNC was here, now that the RNC is here you changed just to sell your puppies?"

To which the man selling the puppies replies, "No, now the puppies have opened their eyes."
