SEC Rankings Heading into final weekend

Standings thru 5/16:

EAST

  1. South Carolina (20-7)
  2. Florida (20-7)
  3. Vandy (15-10)
  4. Tennessee (12-15)
  5. Kentucky (12-15)
  6. Georgia (3-22)

WEST

  1. Auburn (17-10)
  2. Mississippi (16-11)
  3. Arkansas (16-11)
  4. LSU (12-15)
  5. UAT (12-15)
  6. Miss State (5-22)

SEC Tournament Seeds as of 5/16:

1. SoCar

2. Auburn

3. UF

4. Arky

5. Ole Miss

6. Vandy

7. Kentucky

8. LSU

The 4 way tie between UAT, LSU, UT and UK was broken like this:

A.) Total won-lost percentage of games played among the tied teams. Once the tie has been reduced to two teams, the two-team tiebreaker procedure will be used.This eliminated UAT and UT regardless of what happens next weekend b/w the two. Kentucky and LSU both had a .667 winning pct.

B.) Won-lost results of head-to-head competition between the two tied teams. Kentucky swept LSU.

Final weekend match-ups:

UF @ SoCar (For #1 in East & #1 Seed in Tourney)

Auburn @ Ole Miss (For #1 in West and #2 Seed)

Arky @ Vandy (Arky still vying for #1 in West and #2 Seed)

Kentucky @ UGA

MSU @ LSU

UAT @ UT (Both still have a shot at Hoover. WIll need help from UGA and MSU :blink: ...probably should just buy tickets to the Tournament)

Just need to win 2 of 3 from Ole Miss to clinch the West.

I tell you if Auburn continues to get the pitching effort they got Saturday and Sunday this team could be very dangerous and go far in the post season with the best bats in the SEC.

I knew UGA and MSU were bad but a combined 8-44, that is just brutal. If Auburn's pitching holds together and the bats stay hot, there might be some noise in Hoovah.
