Coe may be the next to go. He had a good combine.

We need 2 more to break our record

I think we’re going to get there

Same. Tega, Coe, and Javaris Davis seem like locks

I feel like there should be an active count in OP of who’s being drafted and who’s left, unless there’s a thread already accomplishing that

I can do that

Those 3rd round grades really don't look good now. Happens every draft.

I would guess Tega's problem was his knee problem that kept him out of combine, and lack of exposure before draft.

Not sure about Coe. He was going to be a project. I was surprised he was projected a 3rd round. I thought he would be a late round guy for sure...

People loved his tape from the previous season.

This Tega slide is insane to me. There’s punters and kickers and long snappers coming off the board before him. Injury or not it’s wild.

A good punter or kicker will have a more immediate, direct effect on the team than a project OT with an injury history.  I like Tega.  Good kid and decent player.  But in the late rounds, you're looking for either immediate special teams help or trying to hit a home run on little known guy flying under the radar.

What’s getting me is that he was projected to go in rounds 3-4. He’s slipped down several rounds now. What changed between the projections made last week and now?

They invited him to the freaking virtual draft which is just embarrassing at this point.

Projections don't take into account team needs.  It's just a ranking of the players.

Fromm was projected as a 3rd.  He went late 5th. Meanwhile, Noah was a projected second day pick.  He went first round.

It happens every year.  Guys slide or move up.

Prince was a good bit shorter than what Auburn listed him at than had short arms and was injured so did not get to compete at the combine.

Idk. I think he thinks he knows more than his coaches. Don't think it would have been any better.

It was basically a mutual parting of ways and cutting ties.
