Aesthetics < good cause.

These are auctioned after the game to support the Wounded Warrior project.  I wouldn't ever criticize these.  Utah did something similar.

It seems that all the Under Armour schools do it. South Carolina did for one game last year. I would totally support it if we did it for one game. The Wounded Warrior Project is a great cause.

I applaud them for doing it for a good cause. That's very admirable of them. Still those unis are awful looking.
