NCAA Enforcement Staff movement toword the Newton case???

Can someone shed some light on the retweet from AUEagle posted moments ago.  What could/does this mean?

It means the folks in Starkville are about to get really uncomfortable.

The fact that NCAA agents are STILL investigating the UNC case does not bode well for a quick resolution.

I wish I got to work as slow as the NCAA.  I will get around to writing more about this topic when I feel up to it.
