Since it is nothing new I doubt much else will be said. If you really feel the need to spread the word then you need to post these links on OhioSt, USC, and the like's message boards. ND wouldnt mind seeing last seasons NC vacated either, if I had to guess.

Other than Lou debating that AJ is the MVP in college - I haven't heard much of anything about bama on espn lately. Kinda nice - did I just miss all the talk between espn/espu/espn2 or do you think this is a result of whats going on in ttown and just avoiding having to talk about it?

Bama staying out of trouble is critical to the success of the 2014 SEC Network next year. They are the "bell cow" of the SEC. That's why Finebaum will not address the subject. Instead the outcry becomes to pay players...

I disagree with this point....LSU, TAMU, UF and several others have large fan bases and in many cases have larger TV audience potential than Bama as far as the SEC region is concerned. Bama has the upper hand at the moment but nothing is guaranteed. On the other hand, I expect that the network would not like to see any of the top half dozen teams in the kind of NCAA trouble that would prevent them from playing on TV or for the championship.

Bama is not Texas.....and they don't run the SEC. Many AU people seem to think they do but get outside the state and the other large state university schools don't look at Bama as anything other than a current football power and none of them will take a back seat to Bama and let them call the shots for the conference. .

I really hate to see this die down. I would like to see everyone talking about this, especially BSPN, every day. The Bammers need to be made to squirm. We listened to the Cam mess every day during the 2010 season.
