I had that opportunity in 2010 to sit in a bammer section. Chickened out. And it wasn’t because I thought I’d be gloating. I’m not disappointed I didn’t go. I had too much fun running apache through my house and front yard. I’d for sure be a youtube legend if someone had filmed it. It will forever remain my #1 game. Because they despised Cam, the IB record 24-point comeback and they weren’t able to foil our National Title run. Yes, better than the Kick Six.

Summer "internships" that paid players great money, whether they showed up for work or not.

You name it.  NIL will hurt Bama for sure.  It levels the playing field for the big programs while basically destroying any opportunity for smaller programs to retain great talent.

Fortunately, Auburn is one of the best elite programs in the country.  The money being the same - Alabama or Auburn.  Recruits are going to love Auburn and head coach Hugh Freeze.

Saban is the goat, but he is an a**hole too IMHO.

The days of elite players sitting 3 years while getting paid are over.  Now they can get paid and play at other programs sooner.
