Their formula factors in On3 and 247 at 35% each, Rivals at 20% and ESPN at 10%. And he's about as highly rated in both On3 and 247's systems as you can be for a 3-star. Both give a number rating that is as follows: Five-stars (98-110 rating) Four-stars (90-97 rating) Three-stars (80-89 rating) Lindsey is given a rating of 89 on 247 and 88 on On3, so a very high 3-star, borderline 4-star. And this is what 247 says about high 3-stars: A high three-star (87-89): is considered a player with significant NFL upside who expect to be an impact college football player. All that to say, he's rated pretty close by all of them and may get a bump in the end. I don't think you have to choose between Rivals and the other two.
