NoALtiger 3,862
Any chance losing to Ole Miss has hurt us in recruiting against them in general? I wouldn't think one loss matters. It happens to everyone.

WarDamnEagle#1 0
Didn't someone say not too long ago(Few days after Gus was hired) that Jeremy was going to sign with us?
Mikey 16,601
Jeremy was delighted when it was announced that AU had hired Gus. He said that Gus was the first coach that recruited him and they had a long and good relationship. As soon as Gus was announced as our coach, Jeremy re-confirmed his commitment to Auburn and started calling other prospects to keep them solid to AU. I don't know what more we Auburn fans could want. Just because some writer for the bammer press wants to stir up crap doesn't mean have to bend down and sniff it, does it?
TexasTiger 12,876
He's visiting Ole Miss so anything is possible, but I think he sticks with his commitment.
GenesChin 9
I don't feel comfortable with recruits taking visits as anything could happen but at the same time, you can't doubt the kid over it. If I were a highly sought after recruit or if it were my kid, I would want them to explore every option to make sure I made the best choice
WarDamnEagle#1 0
Heck if they offered me a free trip I'd take it.
GenesChin 9
Willie Williams back in the early 2000s had a blog that detailed all the things that happened on OVs. He went to the nicest restaurants in town, ordered hundreds of dollars in food, had a jacuzzi on the balcony of his suite that one school put him up in, had a police escort from another and had everyone just going crazy over him. Tell me that you wouldn't want to experience something like that 5 different times at cool cities around the US and to top it off you don't even have to pay
Weegle777 78
Well he has the choice to play for someone who runs a similar version of what Gus created, or play for the creator of it himself. No brainer. JJ will be a beast in this offense.
bootskii 264
Lets look at it this way. He already reaffirmed his commitment to Auburn when Gus was hired. Auburn is only 45 min down the road from where he lives and his parents could come to every home game he plays. Ole Piss is far away and oh yah ITS IN MISSISSIPPI! ellitor 33,093
JJ is All Auburn. He in on Reuben hard and working hard on the soft commits. He will take OVs to LSU and Ole Miss out of respect as those schools offered him early also,

SeattleTiger86 22
Looks like we are going to have a QB who can throw. War Eagle Jeremy! The coaches also put him in when the game was on the line. That's a great sign.

WarEagle10 77
didnt kyle do the same thing :-\ i think we as a family need to slow down imo lets let the kids play first I will say this....I only saw Kiehl play two games, which is not much at all, while he was in HS. When I saw him, I thought somebody needed to work with him on his accuracy. I saw JJ play twice last season, which again is not much. His accuracy is not a concern for me at all. I was extremely excited watching him. That young man has talent to burn.
