Which politician, from the opposite party you mostly associate, would you be willing to vote for?

Also, If forming a split ticket, which two would most likely be able to pull it off?

Agree.

As for a split ticket, he would've made a great veep for Hillary or Bernie either one.

I also like Ben Sasse.

Meh. Comes off a Flake 2.0 to me.

He is definitely a conservative, but watch his first floor speech as a Senator. He waited an entire year before ever making a speech, and explains his reasons. It's long, but very worthy of your time.

He can be a little slow in standing up when it counts:

"We need Democrats who will stand up to a Democratic President who exceeds his or her power. And I promise you that I plan to speak up the the next time a president of my party seeks to exceed his or her legitimate constitutional powers"

From the aforementioned speech, held Nov. 4, 2015.

Republican: maybe Kasich (7) or Rubio (5)
Democrat: Warren (9) or Sanders (9)
Libertarian: Johnson (8)

Scores based on scale of 10 for likeability.

Is the higher number more likable?

I agree with those ratings. I do think the 1 to 10 rating system poses a problem, though. Like McConnell is def a 1, because he has no redeeming qualities and nothing to like but then where does that leave Cruz and Trump? They're worse than Mitch, right? We gonna go into negative numbers with just those two?

This was a "like" question on this thread.

I propose a 0-10 Dislike Scale for the opposite...lol

I would cut off my damn hand before I would let it vote for a democrat.

Bob Casey
Joe Biden
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (not for president, but I'd vote her as my congressional rep)

I couldn’t vote for Cortez. Way too socialist for my taste.

I’m not affiliated with either party but I’d get behind Kasich.
