Here is how I see it, 1 Bo is successful, meaning Gus can coach a drop back QB and Gus continues at AU with a stellar career. 2. I also think Gus will try to keep the passing plan simple, with a lot of underneath throws and screens. I'll go 11-22 175 yards 1 TD 1 INT. 80 on the ground. Most of that 80 will come off a single play. The offense will move the ball effectively on the ground using Whitlow, Martin, Shivers, and a lot of jet sweeps from receivers. . Most of that 80 will come off a single play. Well if his percentage is only 11-22 with underneath and screens we are in deep trouble when he starts going down the field. In addition completing 11 passes for 175 translates to approximately 17 yards per completion which means wide receivers and running backs are breaking a significantly number of those short throws to avg 17 yards per completion.
