I don't get your point. Mistakes are not the same as payoffs. They called Nix's mistake an incomplete pass and the play was over without anyone recovering the ball. Sh*t happens. This time it happened to go our way.

You called him a gimmick. You're an idiot if you can't understand your mistake. We both agreed that he needed to go north south. That was on the COACHES, not the player. If it wasnt for the drive where the player you insulted got most of the yards,, we would have LOST. The reason we lucked out to win this game instead of winning comfortably was on the COACHES. Because theyve made pitiful decisions over and over and have allowed a team to have huge holes in certain positions. We are incredibly inconsistent and have been for years. Your anger is misdirected.

LAYMANs TAKE ON BO NIX. play calling is awful. Abysmal. Junior High.   Wet field, poor play from OL, but taking all of that into account, Bo is regressing right before out eyes, and quickly. It may be a minor injury like a blister.  Playing at this level, even a blister the size of a dime can throw you completely off your game, but we have other quarterbacks and it’s perfectly acceptable for a coach to allow those other quarterbacks to see if they can spark the offense. Good coaches do it all the time

How so? It was a backwards pass but no one clearly possessed the ball after it. Yes, they all stopped when the whistle blew, but no one really recovered it. It’s likely why they said the play “stands”. 
 

That said, what an embarrassing win for Gus and co. The coaches were dominated by Arky. They are all on borrowed, pandemic time.
