I don't see the validity in the term "gender fluid."  Someone can be sexually attracted to either gender, but they themselves are one gender or the other by default at birth.  Yes, I know there are extremely rare circumstances and all that...........

The sexual assault of a 9th grader by a *gender fluid male* is just the start of this mess in Loudoun County Va.  The NSBA sent a letter to the President about parents threatening the school board because the parents disagreed with their agenda.  Here is the line used in the letter to describe an incident of *violence*:

In Virginia, an individual was arrested, another man was ticketed for trespassing, and a third person was hurt during a school board meeting discussion distinguishing current curricula from critical race theory and regarding equity issues.

The man that was arrested was the father of the girl that was sexually assaulted.  It was his first school board meeting he had ever attended because they were going to discuss gender equity policies (boys using the girls bathroom where the sexual assault occurred).

From the Washington Examiner:

The first incident allegedly took place on May 28, when a ninth-grade female was assaulted in the bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt, according to the girl's father. The boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, according to the attorney for the girl's father.

But at a June 22 board meeting, Ziegler declared "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," and the girl's father, Scott Smith , was arrested when he insisted at the meeting that his daughter's story was true.

Michelle Bowman, a public information officer for the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, confirmed in an email to the Washington Examiner "a May 28, 2021, case at Stone Bridge High School that involved a thorough 2-month-long investigation that was conducted to determine the facts of the case prior to arrest." The department is unable to provide documents as the case is pending, according to Bowman.

A second incident occurred on Oct. 6, when a 15-year-old male student forced a female student into an empty classroom and inappropriately touched her, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office . The suspect is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center, where he has been charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student, the sheriff's office said.

It is interest to note that the 2nd incident, on Oct 6th, the 15-year-old male student was the same one accused in the first assault case.  The father was told the boy was on house arrest while the school board just transferred him to another school.

On June 22, during the school board’s hearing on the proposed policy for transgender students, school board member Beth Barts said, "Our students do not need to be protected, and they are not in danger. Do we have assaults in our bathrooms or locker rooms regularly?" 

Superintendent Scott Ziegler responded, "To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms." 

“Have we had any issues involving transgender students in our bathrooms or locker rooms?” asked board Chairwoman Brenda Sheridan. 

Said Ziegler, “I think it's important to keep our perspective on this, we've heard it several times tonight from our public speakers, but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.”

Smith was arrested at the hearing during a heated exchange with a pro-transgender policy activist. Smith claims the woman accused him of fabricating the story of his daughter's rape, going so far as to question the girl's mental health. This obviously enraged Smith, who then called the woman a "bitch." This is when law enforcement officials intervened. A police officer grabbed Smith's arm, prompting the father to yank it back. A scuffle ensued. Smith was then forcibly removed from the assembly and barred from the school board building.

So, the bottom line here is that the NSBA asked the DOJ to harass and intimidate parents at school board meetings knowing full well that one of the cases of *violence* was prompted by a coverup of a sexual assault of a 9th grader in Loudoun County Schools.  This is how far the *progressives* will go to push their liberal policies.

It is really weak on both sides trying to say one side or the other approves of Rape because both sides have sicko people who make stupid statements or have been involved in some questionable sexual predatory type act. The great majority of liberals and conservatives disapprove of rape. How sick are you for trying to make this predatory act something one side or the other condones.  

Lets stick to this case. If your Daughter had been raped by a transgender person, a heterosexual person, or a homosexual person in a school restroom. You came to a school board meeting and the head of the school board said there had not been any sexual assaults in a school bathroom you would be have every reason to be mad at the head of the school board who you knew was lying. Then on top of that to have a lady accuse your daughter of lying you would have every reason to call the Lady (I am using the term Lady loosely in this case) a bitch.  

It is really sad anybody can be on the side of the head of the school board who flat out lied about the 9th grade girl who would have been about 14 at the time. Anybody defending the head of the school board, would you defend him if it was your daughter? Same thing for the woman who accused the girl of lying. What would you have said to her if it was your daughter?

Where is the outrage against the woman who accused a rape victim of lying?
