I think the new coach is probably a great coach. But IMO this comment is silly. If he did poorly the response probably would have been “the cupboard was bare” saddling Freeze with causal responsibility of the loses outcome.

Well the roster that was left beat Southern Miss by 2, UAB by 7, Gardner Webb by 1, and Arky by 2. They lost to Wake by 1, UConn by 3, Va Tech by 1, NMSU by 35 and the bowl to Toledo by 2, which I don’t think he coached in. That doesn’t scream of a talented roster when he left. Just an opinion, but got to be some truth to it.

Are you watching coach? See how the head coaches are involved with their teams. Not just standing there with there hands in their arm pits.

I will give you credit for getting in the officials face about bad/no calls. How bout the team though.
