One thing is for damn sure. Gus is out if we don't have a really good season next year because we have a bona fide QB. If we look average or 8 wins it's time to move on. We have way too many good players to look so incompetent for 1 out of every 3 games where it looks like our game plan is to have no game plan

Yes we recruit on a high level but our development stinks. Our lineman are getting manhandled by ou all night. I don't see any difference in strength in our players from the time they get here and when they leave. Gus and his staff have not and cannot develop any talent that they recruit. This will not turn around next year or any other year until Gus is gone with Jacobs.
