That's a little harsh.  You have to understand tabloid reporting.

Unfortunately human trash is incapable of self awareness or maybe it is better stated that they have no issue with being morally reprehensible so therefore no reason to change.

I dont think it's harsh at all. I understand how it works, and I understand that it's spreading to main stream news not just tabloids. It's lazy, irresponsible, often intentional and therefore immoral, and contributes to the worsening of society (the general practice, not this specific event). So I think I may not have been harsh enough.

Feel like the twitter account 100% posted revenge porn and broke numerous laws.  They said as much in the tweets.  Pretty stupid by them.  Unfortunately it might not vindicate the players.

I think the best case outcome would be players broke no laws, but probably violated some Auburn/AD Code of Conducts and will get suspended for 3 games.  And honestly Hugh needs to set some standards.  College kids are gonna have sex, but stop being morons and filming it and showing it to other people.  That should be pretty clear.

This is a multi pronged issue that some have so far refused to treat seriously and grasp the severity of. Even if they are proven to not be guilty of any criminal activity like revenge porn, that still doesn't clear them of potential Auburn Code of Student Conduct violations. If it comes out that the players knew they were being filmed and consented to it, they could still very well miss a couple of games for violating university policies.

Auburn is in a no-win situation PR wise.
