not alot of 5 year olds have 10 mil to get out of a coaches contract buyout.    now we know why the buyouts are so high at auburn.   

they basically handcuff coaches and set them up for failure.

But are the same stipulations of assistants going to be stated? If so we are still in same boat, look there are people on this board that have the same mind set as these big money guys. Every coaching search including this one some people start throwing out people they would like to be retained by the incoming coach. If these people on this board had the money and power they would be throwing the same BS out there.
