I'd do it for my conscience, so I could really say I try to get the best for my players. I mean that would open up recruiting, give us buzz, probably get a couple of db's we're not on the list for.....it would be coaching, recruiting, and "hip" cred all in one hire. I imagine some would still complain though but it would be awesome. Oh and you don't lose him to nothing but a head coaching gig.....Period.
