Running the ball on 1st and 2nd stopped working a while ago, when Mizzou adjusted. 

Maybe we need to throw in a screen or quick slant here or there. And I seem to remember Gus doing the same thing.

So this is what I'm saying as far as if you don't have talent on the team....I don't care who is the boards favorite coach or who people think is the football guru, there's nobody coaching this team and making them great.

This isn't much different than last year and we're vastly worse.

We'll be non competitive in games vs any avg team. PSU might be the 2nd worst P5 team. We play this season
