Programming note, took today off work because only 3 days can roll over and I have 12 saved up lol. I’m going to try and make a more thorough 2024 board now that the 2023 class is finally complete barring a surprise.

A lot to browse through here and we are still very early in the 2024 recruiting cycle, but I'm liking what I see from Freeze & Co.  

Only way to catch the elite programs in the SEC is to recruit at an elite level.  The transfer cycle has been amazing but we can't rely on that every year, need to get the talent from HS.  

This time last year, this board was dim and depressing.  Now, I feel a renewed sense of hope that we can again recruit at a high-level and get out of this awful situation Gussy and Potato-head put us in.  

I'm tired of being ho-hum about watching the games, I want to believe again.  Believe that we can be a top 10 team and believe that we can crush our rivals.  I live in GA so between the thUGA crowd and Bama-tards it's insufferable.  I want teams to fear us again and I feel that we are heading in that direction, ever so slowly.

Forgive me please, but I frequently laugh out loud when a recruit announces he/she has narrowed their list to nine (9) or so schools.

Especially now. A top 9 pretty much includes about a fourth of really relevant programs. 😅

Secondly, now that it’s summer, and the portal is closed, I am really hoping we see some of these cats go ahead and commit!

Third, is Jayden Coleman related to Cam Coleman?   I hadn’t heard if there’s a connection there.  
Finally, War Eagle!  My expectations for the 2024 class are high!

  • I used ON3 rankings recently while creating this list but I have always trusted 247's composite rankings more. So some of the changes include their star rating.
  • WR Terry Bussey added thanks to Bird. I am listing him as a 4* however based on the composite.
  • WR Perry Thompson improved to a 5* based on the composite.
  • 4* TE Caleb Odom was added due to his official visit being scheduled.
  • Coen Echols improved from NR -> 3*
  • LB Demarcus Riddick improved from 4* -> 5*
  • Corrected the name for Crawford. His first name is Jalyn instead of Jaylin.

@Zeek We use the on3 consensus on this site. How can one trust the 247 composite more when it does not include On3 rankings (which are no worse than 2nd in terms of individual site rankings.), while On3 consensus uses all 4 sites rankings.
