The key with IMG is that they are going to have to stay on the up-and-up. They are in a prime scenario for a booster of a specific school to turn them into a football factory for that school. The scenario could very easily be arranged that a school targets a kid they think has extreme potential in his sophomore or junior years. Their booster pays for him to go to IMG with the agreement that he will go to their school. He also pays some of the staff at IMG to help make sure the kid commits, doesn't visit certain schools, etc.

It's probably not happening, now, but it easily could. Unfortunately, there is a lot of money to be made by people who don't care about the rules as long as they get paid.

uat..cough cough...

Cough, Cough....any SEC school other than Vandy and UK when it comes to football.

What was the name of that "academy" many moons ago that uat used to send their potential stud recruits to when they were having trouble with grades? 60 Minutes eventually did an expose on the place and found out that some of the classes didn't even have teachers. All they really had was a great football coaching staff and a couple of "academic" staff members handing out A's.

Are we talking about a prep school or $puat cause that definition could apply to either.

You don't think Stoops plays the game in recruiting? Really?

I am sure he tries to, but he can't be effective going against spuat, lsu, uga, UF, AU etc.

He got ejected from his spring game last night for a late hit...on a teammate nonetheless. Stay classy.

Will himself has given interviews the past 2 weeks basically saying the same.

Interesting...KN has changed his CB from uat to foggy.

AU has ramped things up but not sure it's enough to over take Bama

Nice pick up Mikey. I though Jeff was confused by the KN.

Correct...thanks.

I'm not sure about the notion that the crystal ball is wrong more often than not. At the end of the day, it's just a fun concept that 247 put together to generate more traffic. That said I think the insiders do a pretty good job on their predictions, particularly the legit insiders.

Yeah. I've found that the only picks that have any value are the ones by the team recruiting reporters of the teams involved in a player's recruitment.
