Yeah because it had nothing with a man being completely unblocked or touched.

We have a throwing QB who does run that well and a running QB who can't throw. And a coach who cannot develop either one of them. Smh

And I tried so hard to be positive...

It's hard too, right now.

The most positive thing I can say is that for once, the opponent has more penalties than Auburn does. It galls me not to be able to spread more sunshine than that. #ontonextweek #faithfuldefenseslapwornout

The real Gus has stood up!  I'm thankful for what Gus has done for Auburn in the past.   But I'm afraid it's over.  This offense is lifeless, inept, stick a fork in them.

I have officially lost ALL confidence in Trey Matthews tackling ability.

Also, Rhett should be dismissed as soon as the game is over. Let's go ahead and hire Kendall.

Could you imagine if this defense was accompanied with a Lamar Jackson led Petrino offense? Wow

You stop that right now

LJ would bail our offense out of so much crap even with this staff

That happens when you can't stop the other team

I think our defense played respectable, not amazing, but good enough for us to win. When your offense is hot garbage, turns it over on you're side of the field, and just can't do anything to build or sustain momentum then it's incredibly hard to maintain a great defensive performance over the course of a game.
