I'm assuming this was posted subsequent to his "decommitment"........?

No it wasn't. After he decommittmented, he said Auburn was still number one. So this picture isn't that surprising. Just saying, he may end up being the Darrell Williams of last year if he never gets a commitable offer from Bama.

Williams had a commitable offer from uat last year. AU was the better fit.

So all the belly aching he was doing in the papers were just for show?

Is David totally off Auburn's board and now a lock for uat?

Not totally. But I think AU is looking into new directions for the DL's and isn't a big hurry to take Marshall back. And I do think AU is getting some traction on other good DL's. Marshall had a great place at AU where he could have played and been a big part of the team in 2016. He will have to ride the pine at uat if thats where he ends up. And uat isn't ready to take a commit from Marshall right now.

I hope we move on and find a better replacement for him.

He is not even a take for Bama so him just decommitting is strange.
