I only base my thoughts on the info provided by @WarDamnEagleWDE.  He seemed fairly sure a couple weeks ago that Gus was basically on a mission to hire Freeze.

Unless he knows something different now, I'd say a very high percentage.... assuming Gus isn't let go.
